Durango Services LLC will make every effort to provide excellent customer service to our customers and produce the highest quality workmanship possible. We understand the value of receiving superior service and quality results.
Refund Policy
Though we strive for perfection, there may be instances when a customer is not satisfied with the end product. In those rare instances, Durango Services LLC will attempt to remedy the concern in the best interest of the customer and the company. We cannot guarantee a refund in all cases due to the fact that the primary cost of our services is applied to materials and labor. If circumstances exist regarding the workmanship or appearance of the final product, the customer agrees to allow Durango Services to examine the issue and, if possible, correct the discrepancy at no additional cost. A full or partial refund will only be given in the event the discrepancy is unrepairable using industry accepted methods.
Customer Awareness
By entering into an agreement for services, the customer understands that Durango Services LLC will not make alterations to the final product that are not supported by local, state, or federal laws or requirements governing the industry standards. Pre-existing violations will be addressed, as needed, with the customer prior to commencement of work and any alterations required will be agreed upon by both the customer and Durango Services LLC and noted in the service agreement signed by both parties.
